After deeply engaging in the stainless steel steam jacketed kettle sector and customizing a variety of agitated kettles for food processing factories and enterprises, we have earned widespread market recognition with our solid stainless steel kitchenware manufacturing capabilities and customized service expertise. Through in-depth communication, we identified a brand-new core demand: a multifunctional frying equipment that integrates diverse cooking functions and is suitable for industrial and commercial kitchen scenarios.
Based on this, we integrated the structural design and heating technology experience accumulated from steam jacketed kettle R&D, and innovatively launched the Stainless Steel Tilting Bratt Pan — a professional cooking device specially designed to meet the needs of various kitchen environments, boasting both reliability and versatility.

This Tilting Bratt Pan breaks the limitations of single-function traditional frying pans, perfectly adapting to diverse scenarios such as restaurant kitchens and food processing workshops. It features a food-grade stainless steel kettle body that is durable and easy to clean, paired with a double-layer steel base that further enhances the equipment's stability and heat insulation performance. It can easily achieve six cooking methods including boiling, steaming, stewing, stir-frying, braising, and shallow frying. One single device can replace multiple kitchen utensils, significantly saving kitchen space and procurement costs.

To adapt to different heat source conditions, the equipment is available in electrically heated and gas-fired versions, meeting the energy supply needs of various kitchens. The pot bottom is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 12mm, treated with a special process to ensure uniform heat distribution on the surface and avoid local overheating and scorching of ingredients. Whether it is large-batch ingredient stir-frying or delicate stewing, it can deliver consistent cooking results.

Currently, the product line includes two series: single-layer and double-layer pans. The double-layer version is additionally equipped with an insulation layer, which can reduce heat loss, further improve energy efficiency, prevent the outer wall of the pan from becoming scalding hot, and enhance operational safety. In addition, accessories with basket supports are available for purchase to meet the segmented needs such as ingredient draining and oil control after frying.
