From Basic Water Boiling to Intelligent Drinking Supply: The Evolution of Stainless Steel Water Boilers

The iteration direction of products always lies in the real needs of customers. The R&D journey of stainless steel water boilers is a natural extension of our technical accumulation in the stainless steel kitchenware field, and more importantly, a precise response to the drinking water supply needs of large-scale catering scenarios. From the initial simple equipment that met basic water boiling needs to today's professional products that adapt to massive drinking water supply and integrate intelligent control, every upgrade stems from the pursuit of a "safe, efficient and convenient" drinking experience.
I. Born at the Right Time: Originating from Soup Bucket Technology to Fill the Gap in Water Boiling Equipment
In the process of deeply exploring the stainless steel soup bucket and heat preservation bucket markets, our customer base gradually expanded to large-scale scenarios such as large restaurants, corporate canteens, and school cafeterias. Through in-depth communication with these customers, a common demand became increasingly clear: they were in urgent need of professional water boiling equipment with safe materials, sufficient capacity and adaptability to collective scenarios. Traditional small electric kettles could not meet the demand for batch drinking water supply, while existing equipment on the market either had uneven material quality or mismatched functions and scenarios.

Relying on years of accumulated experience in stainless steel container manufacturing, we found a breakthrough for innovation: based on the mature structure of stainless steel soup buckets, we carried out targeted improvements for the core demand of "heating and boiling water". We integrated high-efficiency heating tubes inside the bucket body, optimized the sealing and heat conduction design of the bucket, and at the same time continued to use food-grade 304 stainless steel to ensure drinking water safety. Thus, a stainless steel water boiler specially designed for collective scenarios was born. This first-generation product not only solved the basic water boiling problem in large-scale scenarios, but also quickly gained customer recognition for its "reliable material and durability" features.

II. Specification Iteration: From Capacity to Structure, Adapting to Diverse Needs
As the drinking water supply needs of different scenarios gradually differentiated, a single-specification water boiler could no longer meet all customers' usage habits. Guided by "scenario segmentation", we upgraded from both capacity and structure aspects, building a product matrix that covers diverse needs.
1. Structural Differentiation: Functional Complementarity Between Single-Layer and Double-Layer
Targeting the two core needs of "instant drinking supply" and "long-term heat preservation", we divided the water boilers into two major series:

Single-layer water boiler: Focusing on scenarios of "rapid heating and instant access", such as peak drinking hours in fast-food restaurants and small canteens. It has a simple bucket design and higher heating efficiency, meeting the demand for a large amount of water output in a short time;

Double-layer water boiler: Innovatively adopting a double-layer stainless steel structure with thermal insulation material filled in between, realizing the function of "long-term heat preservation after heating". It is suitable for scenarios requiring continuous drinking water supply, such as corporate pantries and school classrooms. It not only avoids energy waste caused by repeated heating, but also provides users with warm drinking water at any time.
2. Capacity Expansion: Full Scene Coverage from 8L to 100L
We accurately matched the drinking water supply scale of different scenarios and created a gradient capacity selection: basic models cover the 8L-60L capacity range, adapting to scenarios such as small and medium-sized restaurants, convenience stores and office spaces; for ultra-large-scale drinking water needs in large factory canteens and university cafeterias, we increased the maximum capacity to 100L. A single bucket can meet the one-time drinking water demand of hundreds of people, completely solving the pain points of "frequent water boiling and insufficient drinking water supply".
3. Product Category Extension: The Emergence of Large-Scale Water Boilers to Solve Massive Drinking Water Supply Problems
When our customers expanded to large corporate canteens and industrial park canteens with a scale of 10,000 people, even the 100L water boiler could hardly match their "continuous and massive" drinking water supply needs. During peak hours, multiple buckets had to be heated at the same time, which not only occupied a lot of space but also had the risk of drinking water supply interruption. To address this, we launched the R&D of large-scale water boilers, comprehensively upgrading the equipment's capacity and heating efficiency: the launched stainless steel large-scale water boilers have a maximum capacity of 400L, equipped with a high-power heating system, which can realize "continuous heating and uninterrupted water supply". At the same time, they have more stable operating performance, perfectly adapting to the drinking water supply needs of 10,000-person-level collective scenarios and filling the gap in large-scale drinking water supply equipment.

III. Intelligent Upgrade: From Manual to Automatic, Optimizing User Experience
On the basis of solving the problem of "whether it can be used", we began to focus on the experience upgrade of "how well it can be used". Centering on operational convenience and usage safety, we carried out intelligent improvements on water boiling equipment to make drinking water supply management more efficient.

Automatic water intake function: Abandoning the cumbersomeness and overflow risk of traditional manual water adding, it realizes automatic water replenishment through an intelligent control system. When the water level is lower than the set value, the water intake starts automatically, and stops accurately when the water is full, reducing the cost of manual on-duty;

Dual adjustment of time control and temperature control: A timed on-off function is added, which can preset the heating time period according to the canteen's meal supply time, avoiding energy waste during non-meal hours; at the same time, it is equipped with a precise temperature control system, allowing users to set the water outlet temperature according to needs, adapting to different scenarios such as making tea and mixing drinks;

Visual water level design: An external water gauge can be optionally equipped to display the water level in the bucket in real time. Users can grasp the water volume without opening the lid, which is convenient for arranging water replenishment in time and avoids affecting the heat preservation effect and drinking water safety due to repeated lid opening.

IV. Global Adaptation: Multi-Standard Plugs to Serve Global Customers
With the spread of product reputation, our customer base has expanded from domestic to overseas markets. The differences in electrical standards in different countries and regions have become a core obstacle to product globalization. To break this restriction, we have launched plug versions adapting to multiple international standards in accordance with the electrical specifications of major global markets, including EU standard, US standard, UK standard, Australian standard, etc. This ensures that the products can be used safely in the target markets without additional modifications, providing seamless drinking water supply solutions for overseas restaurants, schools, enterprises and other customers.

From the first-generation water boiler improved from soup buckets to the 400L large-scale water boiler, and then to the globalized products with intelligent control, the development history of stainless steel water boiling equipment is a vivid practice of our R&D concept of "taking customer needs as the core". From basic water boiling to intelligent drinking supply, from domestic scenarios to global markets, we have always taken the safety advantage of stainless steel materials as the cornerstone and technological upgrading as the driving force, constantly filling the gaps in drinking water supply equipment for different scenarios.
